Official Rules

All items must be purchased ONLINE. NO item will be sold over the phone.
Prices are subject to change at any time.
Coupons are not allowed on any Garage Sale order.
Items are strictly first come, first served. NO item will be held.^*
If you are not the successful purchaser of an item, you will be notified via email or telephone.
Items are not part of our standard inventory, so NO item will be restocked.
Items are NOT returnable. All sales are final and items are AS-IS.^**
Items must be shipped; no in-store pickup is permitted.
Please allow one to two weeks for delivery of Garage Sale items.

* Due to the nature of the ordering process of non-inventory items, it is possible that items may occasionally be oversold. We fill the order based on the number in the queue, and the duplicate order is rejected if no product is available; in these circumstances, we will notify you if your order is rejected.
** Except for any applicable manufacturer’s warranty.

More Information

The Garage Sale is made up of items that range from brand-new discontinued/clearance products to open-box/used products to unique items perfect for a collector or Mac-enthusiast. In our newsletters, we publish the full list of Garage Sale items (stock will vary from sale to sale) up to a week before the it is set to begin. We try to have a Garage Sale 1-2 times per year!

The Garage Sale is an online sale ONLY, so absolutely no product will be sold over the phone; similarly, no item will be held for any customer, so the sale is first come, first served (just like a real garage sale). We encourage ordering early if there is an item of particular interest, as we have found that most desirable items sell out in 1-2 days.
