Onsite and Remote Support

We are available to provide consulting services in your home, at one of our three retail locations, in your office, or through your high-speed Internet connection.

In Home or Store

In-home or in-store consulting sessions are ideal for setting up new computers, troubleshooting, lessons, and more.

In-home and in-store services include:

  • Data transfers from a Mac or PC
  • Creative lessons in Apple iApps and Pro Apps
  • Basic to in-depth learning on both Apple and third party products
  • Troubleshooting and technical support
  • Delivery, set-up and education on your new equipment
  • Basic, intermediate and advanced lessons
  • Network set-up including wireless internet, printing and Mac/PC integration
  • Recommendations and implementation of backup solutions to ensure important documents, photos and music are secure

At Work

We can design and implement solutions for your business, regardless of size.

At-work consulting services include:

  • Full server set-up and integration with Mac/PC environments

Remote Support

During a remote consulting session, our consultants can teach, troubleshoot, and provide technical support while controlling your computer from afar through your high-speed Internet connection.

Remote consulting services include:

  • Shorter more affordable sessions with flexible scheduling
  • Offering secure remote sessions where we control your machine from afar
  • Basic to advanced lessons on Apple and third-party products
  • Troubleshooting and technical support
  • Requires functioning Cable, DSL, Satellite or 3G/4G internet

Policies

We offer on-site and in-store appointments billed at an hourly rate with a one-hour minimum. After the first hour, the hourly fee is pro-rated at 15 minute increments. Remote appointments are billed at a half-hour rate with a half-hour minimum. After the first half-hour, the fee is pro-rated at 15 minute increments. Please contact us for the specific rate for your needs.

We do our best to give an estimated amount of time to accomplish the work requested and only bill for the time actually used beyond the minimum appointment times. Payment is due for the amount of hours worked even if that goes beyond the initial estimation. We do not offer set rates for jobs nor do we offer guarantees.

On-site appointments that are beyond 10 miles from one of our retail locations are subject to a mileage fee. Travel time is billed at an hourly-rate and is pro-rated based on actual drive time.

If you need to cancel or change an existing appointment we ask that you give us 24-hours notice, otherwise we reserve the right to bill for the minimum appointment time and any applicable travel time.

Payment is due when service is rendered. We prefer to take payments for on-site and remote appointments via credit card but can accept checks as well. In-store sessions can be paid for by cash, check or credit card. Businesses who wish to pay via purchase orders much be approved in advance of making an appointment.

We do offer discounted rates for non-profit organizations, please let us know before making an appointment if you qualify for this discount. We also offer packaged deals and special rates for those desiring ongoing service and support. Discounts and package deals are not retroactive.
