Our Founder & Honorary Office Pup
A full-blooded Pomeranian, Imelda was the company’s founder and the inspiration and model for our company logo.
Fantail Shrimp
CDIC: Chief Dog in Charge
Fantail is named for the speed of her tail wag and is also a purebred Pomeranian. She’s Imelda’s successor as CDIC (Chief Dog In Charge).
Hammerhead
Office Pup
Hammerhead is Don and Grace’s Bulldog, and can often be seen riding in Don’s motorcycle sidecar.
Laika
Office Pup
Laika is Hapy and Jessica’s miniature American Eskimo, and guards diligently against intruders (and Spy).
Magnus
Office Pup
Magnus is another of Hapy and Jessica’s miniature American Eskimos, though he’s seen less frequently around Small Dog.

Spy is Ed’s Siberian Husky, who loves cold Vermont winters and is the famous nose of Barkings!

Maggie is Joyce’s purebred Pomeranian with a big personality. She’s super-friendly—not to mention Imelda’s doppelganger.

Waylon is Tony’s Australian Cattle Dog who is a high-energy pup, and loves to greet people around the offices in Waitsfield.

Newman is Emily’s Rottweiler, named after Seinfeld’s nemesis. He’s a laid-back, friendly dog who is protective of his smaller friends.

Matt’s Golden Retriever loves to peruse the grounds in Waitsfield, and rile up the small doggies (Fantail is his favorite).

Libby is Art and Dawn’s Yellow Lab. Daughter Winter picked Libby from the litter, and she has since been their faithful companion for over 13 years.

Art and Dawn’s companion George is a rescued ‘Potcake’ who now happily roams their property, scaring up any animal there is to be chased.
