Jeremy Holt

Service Technician

Family: I come from a family of six and am a triplet. I've spent most of my life living overseas in various parts of Europe, Southeast Asia, and Scandinavia. Recently, I relocated with my girlfriend from Brooklyn, NY to Middlebury, VT as she accepted a prestigious position as a Professor at Middlebury College and Curator of their Fine Arts Museum.

Pets: 8-year old min pin named Otto.

Hobbies/Interests: Beyond fixing Apple computers, I'm a published comic book writer and pursue that full-time in my free time. Currently, I have two series through the small press publisher 215 Ink, and you can check them out on Just search for Cobble Hill and Southern Dog. I also have two new series seeing publication later this year; one debuting on Halloween which plans to be announced at New York Comic Con in fall, and the other in early '14. I also write a memoir-style column for entitled Strange Love, and co-host a writer's podcast called The Process on Beyond that, I enjoy going running outside and try to do that every other day.

Favorite Books: The Amazing Adventures of Kavalier & Clay by Michael Chabon, Killing Yourself To Live: 85% of a True Story by Chuck Klosterman, Love Is A Mix-tape by Rob Sheffield, Y: The Last Man by Brian K. Vaughan, DMZ by Brian Wood, and League of Extraordinary Gentlemen by Alan Moore.

Favorite Music: This rotates every few weeks, but I currently have JD McPherson, Karim Ouellet, Cat Power, Sam Cooke, Timber Timbre, and Alabama Shakes on heavy rotation. My all-time favorites would be Tom Waits, Peter Gabriel, Billy Joel, and Jethro Tull.

Favorite TV: Twin Peaks, Pushing Daisies, Bored to Death, and How I Met Your Mother.

Favorite Movies: All of Darren Aronofsky's films, Dr. Strangelove, Sunshine, Back to the Future Trilogy, and American Psycho.

Favorite Food: All types.

Favorite Apple Products of All Time: My 2008 black macbook. With it, I've written 557 comic book script pages and counting.

Favorite Thing About Small Dog: Having only worked for the company for two days, it's quite clear that the entire staff of every store is what makes the service and retail experience so exceptional.

Favorite Quote: "Every day you're not writing, someone is stealing your dream job." - Brian Michael Bendis
