Business Maintenance Basic Plan

For Servers:

$99/mo per server, introductory rate of $69/mo per server for the first three months:

Monthly server check-in includes:
  • Check internal drives and attached storage for S.M.A.R.T. status and capacity issues
  • Check that backups are running regularly
  • Check that services are running appropriately
  • Run software updates
  • Run software repair of disks and disk permissions if needed
  • Clean caches and log files
  • Check error logs

For Workstations:

$29/mo per machine - Introductory rate of $19/mo per machine for the first three months:

Monthly:
  • Check internal drives and attached storage for warnings and capacity issues
  • Check that backups are running regularly
  • Check error logs
  • Run software updates
  • Run software repair of disks and disk permissions if needed

Business Maintenance Premium Plan

For Servers:

$199/mo per server - Introductory rate of $149/mo per server for the first three months:

Weekly server check-in includes:
  • Check internal drives and attached storage for warnings and capacity issues
  • Check that backups are running regularly
  • Check that services are running appropriately
Monthly:
  • Run software updates
  • Run software repair of disks and disk permissions if needed
  • Clean caches and log files
  • Check error logs

For Workstations:

$49/mo per machine - Introductory rate of $39/mo per machine for the first three months:

Dedicated email address for technical support
Monthly:
  • Check internal drives and attached storage for warnings and capacity issues
  • Check that backups are running regularly
  • Check error logs
  • Run software updates
  • Run software repair of disks and disk permissions if needed
Priority Onsite and Remote Support
  • If issues arise we will reschedule clients to get you service ASAP.
  • Regular onsite rates are discounted at $109/hr, remote rates are discounted at $39/half-hour.
  • Emergency after-hours on-site rate is discounted at $169/hr.
  • Help Desk Support, M-F 8AM to 7PM, 4 hour response time
  • Free Diagnosis for machines sent in for repair
  • Priority repairs (expedited service)
  • Free data back up during repair
  • Free loaner when requested

The Fine Print:
  • Packages only include the services listed. For any additional work regular support rates apply. The Premium Plan includes reduced rates for onsite and remote support.
  • Loaners are provided on a first-come first-served basis. We will do our best to match the specifications of your current machine but depending on loaner stock levels we reserve the right to provide what we have available.
  • Expedited repairs are prioritized above our normal repair queue; in essence a prioritized repair jumps the line. We do our best to turn around priority repairs in 24-48 hours, pending part availability.
  • While these services are preventative in nature, hardware or software issues do sometimes occur quickly and without warning. Due to this Small Dog Electronics does not assume responsibility for hardware or software failures on client machines or servers.
  • A one-year contract is required on all Maintenance Plans but the plan can be cancelled at any point within the first 90 days. Invoices are sent monthly.
