On Oct .31, 1999, Casper was adopted from the Pennsauken NJ animal shelter. He was only 2 months old and three of his brothers had been adopted by the time that my wife and I returned a week later. We named him Casper because he was the only one in the his pack that had a few white hairs and it was Halloween. Two of other three dogs in the pack live in the same city.
The animal hosptial staff confirmed that he was a small irish wolfhound since we were originally told he was a rott/lab mix by the animal shelter. He enjoys rides in his 88 Dodge Raider/Softtop Wrangler, swimming at NJ's Island Beach State Park, walks by the river, chasing rabbits, adventuring around the neighborhood, playing keep away and sleeping on a goose down comforter. He is always dreaming about chasing rabbits.
