Very good headphones at a good price. The bass is nice and warm and the mid to upper range sound comes through clean.

The ear pieces stay locked and the latex skull band across the top keeps them from chafing during long wear. They stay put during fairly vigorous exercise and they can accommodate more generously proportioned heads ;-) in addition to *normal* noggins.

The price makes them a steal. I wound up buying them for family members as well as personal use.
