Overview

Switch between two firewire (ieee-1394) connections using the convenient push button firewire switch (firewire a/b switch). End the hassle of swapping cables, and save wear and tear on your firewire (ieee 1394)connectors.

All connections are 6 pin firewire for maximum ieee-1394 compatibility (for connections to 4 pin firewire typically found on cameras, use a 6 pin to 4 pin firewire cable). Note that the sign video firewire switch is a passive device and may or may not work to switch live signals, depending on your equipment and how it is hooked up. (break before make switch)
