Saw this trackball at a local retail store and was smitten. The only thing it lacks is bluetooth. There's a ring around the ball that is supposed to function as a scroll wheel (one never knows what the Mac interface will look like). I'll be getting one soon. With OS X there are so many key combinations that four buttons will be just about right. And if it can be configured to match applications I see no reason to use a standard carpal tunnel mouse...ever.

In my opinion you can't have a better mouse than a trackball. The response of the mouse as well as the scroll wheel really impressed me. I have read some reviews where the scrolling function seems to be inconsistant, I have had no problems with the scrolling feature on this mouse. Another great feature are the 4 large programable buttons, it makes for easy navigation through the desktop. For those of us who love the trackball style mice, this is an excellent product.
