It was to install, and it made the computer much faster. Also, the 10 year warranty is nice, so I don't have to worry about if the RAM failed for any reason.

Installed on a late 2009 iMac. Fairly simple installation, after looking up instructions on Apple.com. Went from 8GB to 16GB...it really makes a difference. Thanks to Jim for all of his great help, and the extra small doggies. My whole office runs on Apple. I recommend Small Dog to everyone.

This is the 3rd set of these that I've installed in my 3 iMacs. The first time, the customer service rep directed me to the right item. SmallDog knows their stuff. Easy to install and they've worked every time. And I love my little SmallDogs. I have them on top of my iMacs. Too bad the new iMacs are so thin...but that will come later.
